Job 1: Service Quality Observer
Department: Service Quality Department – Customer Support Group
In banking, customer service is everything. At Meezan Bank, we don’t compromise on it. As a Service Quality Observer, you’ll make sure every person who walks into a Meezan Bank branch gets treated right.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go through branch DVR recordings to check if staff are following the right procedures
- Log incidents with proper timestamps and keep video evidence on record
- Monitor customer waiting times and immediately report any delays or bottlenecks
- Make sure we stick to customer-first standards – proper greetings, active counters, and correct use of the EQMS system
If you’re detail-minded, observant, and genuinely care about customer happiness, this role is for you.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university
- 2+ years of experience in service quality, customer support, or banking operations
- A background or certification in Islamic Finance will be a plus
Job 2: Senior BI Engineer
Department: Data Analytics – Finance Department
In banking, every big decision comes down to data. As our Senior BI Engineer, you’ll take raw numbers and turn them into dashboards and insights that the leadership team actually relies on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert business needs into BI solutions that are reliable and can scale
- Design, build, and manage the Enterprise Business Semantic Layer on IBM Db2/Big SQL. This includes setting up measures, dimensions, hierarchies, and KPIs
- Take charge of delivering IBM Cognos reports, dashboards, and self-service BI tools
- Support other BI platforms too when required – like Power BI, Qlik, and Tableau
- Keep improving the speed and performance of semantic models, reports, and SQL queries
- Work with new data technologies, automation tools, and vendors to keep pushing things forward
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You’ll guide junior team members and help set BI standards across the bank.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering
- 8–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Data Warehousing
- Experience in a bank or financial institution is highly preferred
- Strong practical skills in IBM Cognos, IBM Db2, Enterprise Semantic Modeling, and self-service BI
Job 3: Data Modeler
Department: Data Analytics – Finance Department
Every good dashboard starts with a solid data model. As a Data Modeler, you’ll design how Meezan Bank stores, connects, and uses its data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand source systems and business processes by working closely with BAs, Data Architects, and Engineers
- Create reusable atomic and dimensional models that follow IBM FSDM and bank standards
- Convert business needs into facts, dimensions, measures, hierarchies, and rules
- Design and optimize data models for IBM Db2, Big SQL, DataStage, IBM Cognos, and Data Lakehouse environments
- Work with ETL/ELT and BI teams on source-to-target mapping, validation, and performance tuning

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering
- 4–8 years of experience in Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, BI, or Data Engineering
- Hands-on experience designing logical and physical models for enterprise data warehouses
- Banking or financial services background is a plus
