About the Treasury Role
The Senior Assistant Manager – Treasury will be involved in the financial activities that support the company’s day-to-day banking and treasury operations.
A major part of the work will involve keeping bank records accurate, monitoring cash and liquidity, and making sure loan-related payments are handled on time. The position also requires regular coordination with banks and attention to the documentation associated with financing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing bank reconciliations and following up on discrepancies or outstanding items.
- Preparing cash flow reports and keeping track of the company’s liquidity position.
- Monitoring short-term and long-term loans, including principal and markup payments.
- Maintaining loan and markup entries through the TRM module.
- Handling bank financing facilities and their related offer letters, agreements, charge documents, limits, utilization, repayments, and markups.
- Looking after Dealer Financing activities, including MIS, onboarding, documentation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Managing Fleet Financing activities, including onboarding, repayments, and required documentation.
- Reviewing bank charges and following up where discrepancies are identified.
- Handling bank account opening and the documentation and compliance requirements associated with it.
- Managing IERF rollover exercises and coordinating with banks to complete the process on time.
- Working with banks on financing facilities, transactions, documentation, and other treasury matters.
- Monitoring investments with banks and mutual funds along with the relevant documentation.
- Handling import and export settlements in coordination with concerned stakeholders.
- Using AI tools to improve treasury processes, reporting, efficiency, and decision-making.
