About the Role

As the Senior Manager / Manager Digital Transformation, you will manage digital transformation and process improvement initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth and automation while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, develop SOPs, manage change, and monitor performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend efficiency improvements.
Document requirements, process flows, wireframes, and system specifications.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and approval documents.
Lead projects end-to-end, from stakeholder engagement to deployment.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
Assess change requests and resolve technical issues for continuous improvement.
Deliver training, presentations, and demos to ensure tool adoption.
Monitor KPIs to maintain performance and compliance.
Provide end-user support and coordinate with development teams.

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements

To qualify for this position at NBP Funds, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in digital transformation, process improvement, or similar roles. (Candidates with experience in Business Risk Advisory within a professional services firm are encouraged to apply).
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline, and/or professional qualifications such as ACCA or CA.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of the system development lifecycle and testing methodologies, along with tech-enabled process improvements.
