What You’ll Be Doing

This is a field job. You’ll be visiting different customer locations across Dubai and handling day-to-day renovation and maintenance work.

You’ll need to meet customers, understand what they want, manage technicians and helpers, and track how each job is progressing. Since Fix My Home handles all kinds of home maintenance and renovation, you should know a bit about everything.

The work can include: Painting, plumbing, electrical, tiling, gypsum and false ceiling work, carpentry, AC maintenance, and general repairs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Supervisor, your main job is to make sure everything runs smoothly on site. Here’s what that looks like:

• Supervise daily renovation and maintenance work at customer sites
• Manage technicians, helpers, and subcontractors
• Visit sites to understand customer requirements before starting work
• Check site conditions and figure out what needs to be done
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and daily tasks
• Keep an eye on work quality, both ongoing and completed
• Make sure jobs are finished on time
• Oversee painting, plumbing, electrical, tiling, carpentry, AC, and repair work
• List out materials needed for each project
• Coordinate material purchases and delivery
• Give regular updates on project progress
• Report any problems or delays immediately
• Talk to customers professionally and handle their concerns
• Ensure the site is cleaned before handing it over
• Make sure safety procedures are followed
• Help with basic estimates, BOQs, and measurements when needed

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who actually knows how renovation and maintenance work happens on site. Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor in Dubai or anywhere in the UAE is a must.

You should understand renovation, fit-out, and general maintenance. You’ll be handling multiple technicians and jobs at once, so good organization and communication skills matter.

You should also know how to take basic site measurements and estimate materials. Basically, look at a site, understand the work, and explain it clearly to the team.

Things don’t always go as planned on site. Materials get delayed, new issues pop up, customers change their minds. You need to stay calm and find practical solutions.

Communication & Customer Handling

You’ll be meeting customers directly, so how you talk matters. You need to understand what customers want, explain things clearly, and handle questions or complaints professionally.

Basic English is required. If you also speak Hindi or Urdu, that’s a plus — it helps when talking to technicians, helpers, and customers.

UAE Driving Licence

A UAE driving licence is highly preferred. You’ll be moving between different sites in Dubai, so being able to drive yourself makes things much easier. Candidates with a licence will have an advantage.
